Dr. Thomas Kelly opened his practice in Bay Village in 1983. He graduated from Kent State University and was a teacher for several years. After graduation from The Ohio State University College of Optometry, Dr. Kelly practiced with several Lakewood ophthalmologists while growing his Bay Village practice.

Dr. Kelly is interested in learning-related vision problems. He has also participated in several humanitarian trips providing vision care to those in need. Dr. Kelly and his wife Nancy have two children and three grandchildren. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association.

Karen Frombach is from Avon Lake, Ohio. After graduating summa cum laude from John Carroll University in 1997 with a BS degree in biology, she attended Ohio State University College of Optometry and graduated summa cum laude in 2001 with a Doctor of Optometry degree.

Upon graduation, she began her practice with the Cleveland Clinic providing comprehensive eye care with a special interest in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease. Dr. Frombach is a current resident of Bay Village, is an active member at St. Raphael Parish, and is thrilled to have the opportunity and privilege to practice in the community where she lives with her husband and 3 children. Dr. Frombach is a member of both the Ohio and American Optometric Associations.

Diana K. Overberger, OD, received her Bachelors of Science degree from Ohio University in 1997 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 2001. She has been practicing in the Cleveland area since 2001 and provides primary eye care for the entire family.

She has served on both the optometry school student council board at Ohio State and the board for the Ohio Optometric Association. Dr. Overberger currently volunteers for the Realeyes Classroom Initiative, which brings vision education into the classroom for students, and enjoys coaching CYO volleyball at St. Raphael. She and her husband, Erik, reside in Bay Village with their four children.

She is a current member of the American Optometric Association and Ohio Optometric Association and was a student fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Zimmerman grew up in Westlake and is looking forward to being back in the area. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Buckeyes, finding new workouts and places to hike, and trying new recipes.
